All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as it ships.

Shipping Time

After processing, orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on your location and local postal services. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If tracking information does not update immediately, please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to reflect the latest status.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. CurveHer is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first.
